With numerous upgrades, this lovely villa is designed to maximize comfort during your stay. Most of the bedrooms have beautiful ocean views, and all have private bathrooms. If you would like a better view, step outside and jump into the infinity swimming pool or relax under the palapa covered patio. This fully landscaped property will impress you, but if you would like to get even closer to the beach, follow the private road that leads directly down to the scenic coast.

Pedregal - Pacific: The Pedregal is the ‘Beverly Hills’ of private residential gated communities in Cabo San Lucas. Despite 30 years of steady growth, the Mediterranean-inspired community still manages to hold onto its Old World atmosphere while simultaneously embracing the new. Built into a magnificent granite hillside surrounded by exotic desert vegetation, the area’s 360 acres feature sweeping panoramic views over either Cabo San Lucas Bay or the Pacific. The Pacific side of the Pedregal offers stunning ocean views, with whale watching right from the terrace of your luxurious private villa. The beautiful stretch of beach along the Pacific is perfect for sunbathing and beachcombing. Big Pacific waves make this beach unsuitable for swimming.

We had such an amazing stay with Cabo villas! I had 14 girls with me for 4 days and we all fit very comfortably in this house. I believe the max is 17, but I wouldn’t go over 14 for adults. Beth & Pedro (our concierge) made everything so easy for us from food delivery to cab services & more. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we came back, and still can’t get over how gorgeous this house was. Thank you Cabo villas!!
